LottoAaj is an independently run website. There is no company behind it, no office to visit and no phone line. Everything below reaches the same address: [email protected].
If you are writing about a result, put the game and the draw date in the subject line. A short message with the facts in it is answered fastest.
A result on this site is wrong
This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us the game, the draw date and the session, the number as this site shows it and the number as the official document shows it, and a link to that document if you have one. We check it against the official document and correct it.
Every change made to a published result is then written down with the time and the reason. A number is never quietly rewritten. If you are deciding whether to claim a prize, do not wait for us: the official document decides, not this site.
Publishers: attribution and removal
We read a small number of named publishers alongside the official documents, and we name every one of them. If you publish one of those sources and want the way we credit you changed, or want us to stop reading you, write and say so and we will do it.
The same address takes a copyright or trade mark complaint. Tell us the page, what on it is yours, and what you want done. Result numbers themselves are a public record and we publish them as facts, but a document, an image or a form of words is not, and we will remove anything of yours that we should not be carrying.
Data protection
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires a point of contact for a grievance about personal data. For this site that is whoever is running it, reachable at [email protected]. There is no larger organisation to escalate through and no department to be passed between.
Write here to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to withdraw a consent you gave. We answer within thirty days. The privacy policy sets out what we hold, which is very little: the site needs no account, the ticket checker runs in your browser and never sends your number to us, and saved tickets stay in your own browser storage where only you can delete them.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
What we cannot do
- We cannot confirm that you have won. Only the official result sheet does that, and only the paying office pays.
- We do not sell tickets and we cannot buy one for you. No website or app is authorised to sell you a state lottery ticket over the internet in India.
- We are not a Directorate and cannot answer for one, change a result, or tell you anything about a draw before it happens.
- We never telephone, message or email a winner, and we never ask anybody for money. If somebody claiming to be LottoAaj asks you to pay something, it is fraud.
