Privacy policy
Written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025. Last updated 12 September 2026.
You can read every result on this site without an account and without telling us anything about yourself. The parts that look personal are built so that the personal part never reaches us.
Your ticket number stays on your device
The ticket checker runs in your browser. The number you type is compared against the result already downloaded with the page. It is never sent to our servers, never written to a log and never seen by us.
Tickets you choose to save are kept in your browser's own storage, called localStorage. They stay on that device, they are not synced anywhere, and clearing your browser data deletes them. There is no account to sign in to and nothing to recover if you clear them.
Measurement and advertising
We count page views with Google Analytics, so we know which results people are looking for. It runs for every reader and sets its own cookies (_ga and _gid): a random number that lets one visit be told from another and nothing more. It is never given your name, your ticket numbers or anything else you type here, and it is not used to choose advertising.
Advertising keeps the site free. Personalised advertising runs only if you consent to it, and the consent choice is yours to change at any time. Refusing does not hide any result, block any page or reduce anything you can read here. We block gambling, betting, real money gaming and online lottery categories with every ad network we use.
Three things are stored without asking, because the site cannot work otherwise or because measurement runs for everyone: your language, so the site opens the way you left it; your answer to the advertising question above; and the Google Analytics cookie that counts the visit.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be erased, withdraw a consent you gave, and nominate somebody to exercise these rights on your behalf.
To exercise any of them, write to [email protected]. We answer within thirty days. Erasure means the record is deleted, not hidden. Because we hold so little, in most cases there is nothing on our side to erase at all: the saved tickets are on your device, and clearing your browser data deletes them yourself.
Grievance officer: [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is for adults. Lottery tickets in India may be bought only by people aged 18 and over, and the site is not intended for or directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from a child and we do not show behavioural advertising to one.
If you believe a child has given us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
How long we keep things
- Server request logs: kept briefly for security and then discarded.
- Saved tickets: on your device only, for as long as you keep them there.
- Result data and the source documents behind it: kept permanently, because they are a public record and contain nothing about you.
